Workout – be a healtiher me

Hello dear friends!

Today is the second week that I’m in Fitcamp that I talked about before. Today we also did the first physical test, I can say that it shows that I have not been to the gym in some years now! Oh my god what a pain it was haha.

Some of the things we did was;
Squats – So many we can in 2 minutes
The Idiot – Running back and forth and touching fingers in the ground as many times as we can in 2 minutes.
Push-ups – As many as we can

It may not sound difficult, but try to do all that when you have not been working out for a while haha. Now I’ll atleast cook some dinner for me and my baby until he comes home :).
